Size and Fit

Each product will have a size guide provided. Along with a model, the size they’re wearing, and their height! If you have any more questions feel free to contact us! (we think they run a lil oversized tho ;). )

When will I receive my package?

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday’s will be shipped out the following week.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard (5-12 business days)

  • Expedited (4-7 business days)

  • Express (2-4 business days)

What do I get when signing up for the Sm;)e Newsletter?

If you sign up for the Sm;)e newsletter, you get the chance to get amazing deals, new launches, and reminders. Sm;)e is constantly working on expanding not only our products, but our community. Our mission is to build a strong community. We send our letters with love and grace. We pinky promise to never spam you with annoying emails everyday!

There’s an Issue With my Order

Q: Help! My order is MISSING!? 
A: Oh no! Please contact our support team for assistance at grace@smilewithgracee.com

Q: How do I change or cancel my order? 
A: In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. If you would like to cancel your order, we allow you to reach out to grace@smilewithgracee.com within the first 6 hours of your purchase to cancel the order. After this time, we will begin processing your order and cannot cancel it.  

Q: Where can I track my order? 
A: We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

Q: My order is missing an item, what should I do? 
A: Please contact us right away! at grace@smilewithgracee.com

Q: My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do? 
A: Please contact us right away! at grace@smilewithgracee.com   

Q: I typed in my wrong address and need to change it 
A: Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified. If customer notices error within 6 hours of order, please contact garce@smilewithgracee.com

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately as of right now, we do not ship internationally.
